Toshiba has announced Toshiba HDR5010 Freeview+ HD PVR. It will come with 500GB hard drive that allow you ecord all that glorious HD content off the HD broadcast channels, currently limited to BBC HD and ITV HD as well as dual tuners so you can record both at once. Toshiba HDR5010 Freeview+ HD PVR features two HDMI inputs and one output, a duo of USB ports and Ethernet connectivity. Equipped with dual tuners, it’ll allow you to record a pair of simultaneous broadcasts, while the internal hard drive — good for storing 120 hours of video — should be augmentable with external variants. The USB ports will mean you can play back content from other sources, with Toshiba mentioning that it will support DivX and MP3, but we are sure it will support other file formats too. Toshiba HDR5010 Freeview+ HD PVR gets debut in June (it’s time for World Cup) and available for price $545.
